Sunny Isles Beach

Sunny Isles Beach, Florida is a breathtaking resort destination that was ranked the 4th best Miami beach by USA Today, and ranked #1 of Top Ten U.S. Destinations by Trip Advisor's TravelCast.

Famous for its pristine, white-sand beaches, this Miami seaside beach community also features a beautiful pier, parks, resort amenities, excellent restaurants and shops, and a casual but active lifestyle.

Known as The City of Sun and Sea, and Florida's Riviera, Sunny Isles Beach’s two miles of white sandy beach and clear water are perfect for a romantic getaway, a day at the beach with family and friends, and water sports such as swimming, shelling, surfing, and snorkeling.

This Atlantic Coast community boasts a spectacular beach that’s accessible from oceanfront resorts, hotels, and 21 public access points.

Beach parking when using public access can be difficult to spot, because much of the street parking is reserved for residents. However, two municipal parking lots are available: one is behind the Walgreen’s at 174th St., and another is at Heritage Park.

The Samson Oceanfront Park provides parking and beach access at 174th Street and features a sculpture of a family surrounded by a bed of flowers. The northern one-third of the beach is designated as clothing optional and is partitioned off so it’s out of view of other beachgoers.
